Tuesday workouts
Today was my toughest day both mentally and physically. am in the middle of still helping my younger brother move so I got to bed at almost midnight and all I ate for supper was a pack of whole wheat cheese crackers and a slice of swiss cheese. Still got up at 4 andd went to the natatorium. I did my longest workout at 1000 yards. 300 yard warm up. Main set was 5x100 with 15 sec rest in between, followed by 200 yard cool down. Then I drove back home and rested about 2.5 hours then went and ran 4 miles on the track. Man it felt hot, but temp read only 85 with a heat index of 92. Thats not too bad, I guess I just had a bad day. Finished the run with a pace of 10:21. I love being a oach and teacher and having the summers off. I think I am just going to lay around and relax the rest of the day!

10 minutes on elliptical before class.
1 hour Group Active class involving 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on dreadmill. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on stationary bike.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

BUT
I got a call today, there was a cancellation and I will now have my RNY Sept 2 instead of Oct 7.
So instead of grabbing something to eat to celebrate I grabbed my dog, i-pod and a pair of sneakers. I did a nice walk/jog. Thats right! I JOGGED!!!!!! I felt great and the dog benifited from it as well. I think I will do this on all my "off" nights. and as my fitness level increases I can repeat this processx3 as I have 3 Boxer dogs! LOL
64 days....hmm....what to do...lol
