Sunday workouts

Ran 7 miles for the first time today on some light rolling hills in 1:06 (9:26 pace), will probably hit the gym later today for some weights and light cardio...

Did a 45 minute spin class then an hour of body pump. Going to take a rest day tomorrow.

I did roghly a 900 yard OWS, followed by a 41 mile bike ride. The bike ride was a bit slower than I would have liked, but my bike coach has me staying in my Zone 1/Zone 2 heart rate zones for all my bike rides up till my HIM in August. Might get in a nice slow run this evening.

Ran 12.7 miles at a 10:09 average pace - first half nice and easy, second half hard.  Then I went on a short 3 mile bike ride with my son.

Tired legs today so I did an easy 30 minutes - about 3.3 miles.

Did an open water swim... 1.25 miles. It was in the same place as last week and I did much better.
