Planned rest day. I did exercise my wallet -- got a new bike outfit and a new wet suit.

Swim and Run.
I think I'm going to have to drop the masters swim classes and just spend my time on lap swim. They seem to be focused on swim meet competitions. I'm not interested in practicing the back stroke for 2 hours, like they did last night. I'm not going to use it.

Sometimes I have the energy of a slug, and that has affected my workouts as well.

Monday was bitter sweet.
I was happy to be back in the gym. After being pissy with them I only went once last week. I grabbed a magazine and read while on the elliptical WOW 30 min went by in no time, usually I am ready to get off after 15-20 min. I also used the weight machines.
I was saddened as I listened to my I-pod. I never realized it but about half of my workout music consists of Michael Jackson.
