To run tonight or not???
IF you go, again IF -- take it easy!! I would say a 1-2 mile probably wouldn't really hurt you too much if you absolutely need to. The strangest thing for many of us is the taper. If it was me I'd do a nice good carbo-loaded meal tonight (pasta or rice) and just relax. Save all you're energy for tomorrow's race and enjoy the nice weather tonight!
I try not to run two days in a row. My body can't take it.
The exception is that I run 2x on Tues. But that's just how my schedule worked out and I haven't been able to fix it.
