Thursday Workouts

 Got a good workout on the track -- did a 2 mile warm-up followed by 4x200 and 1x400.  Warm-up was negative splits starting at 9:24 and finishing at 8:06 (more of a sprint on that last lap).  My 200's were at 6:14/6:07/6:40/6:44 and the 400 was at a 6:40
Tired and sore, good stuff!

 I did a 50-minute spin class this morning.  Great class this morning!

AM: Long run, 8 miles! 11:32 pace

PM: Bike ride. We did "hilly" this week and the "back of the pack" group did a modified version with one less hill. I had 15 min. to spare though so next time I'm going to do the full Hilly.

Tomorrow's a rest day!

I did a 1 hour spin class.

For Thursday:
1 hour Group Active class involving 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.  Had substitute leader this time.
1 hour power-walking around neighborhood.  Weather: partly sunny and dry with 80-degree temps.

DS (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney. Cholecystectomy (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney 19 months post-op.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
