Just finished my last brick now for taper
I just my last brick workout with a bike ride of 47:32 with modwerate wind at avg speed of 15.7mph followed by a transition of 1:16 then a 1700 meter run at a pace of 9:54. I am really excited about next Sunday, but also definately exited about easing off a little this week. My legs are still feeling the 5K from yesterday. That 1st mile killed me. Thanks again for all the advice. I have a few more questions on a personal note to ask but they deserve a thread of their own.
