Treadmill Recommendations for Home Use

Hi -

Does anyone have any treadmill recommendations for home use?

Looking for one that is sturdy. I will be 390 going into surgery a lot have a 300 weight limit.

Possibly different levels for climbing and challenging walks

the best thing to do is to look online i did when i wanted to get one but my friend gave me one for free you can't beat that

Thats what I am doing now but the weight limits arent always easy to find and wondered if anyone had recommendations.

LifeFitness has multiple models with a 400 lb user limit but they aren't cheap. We found ours at a local store at about 2/3's the MSRP listed on their website.

Is there a Play it Again Sports near you...or another sports consignment shop? You might wanna try craigslist too.

After surgery I was intimidated about the gym, but started in a ladies' gym...not curves. they had machines for my weight 300+ and it was a really supportive environment.

For a gym membership, I got so much variety and tried a lot of new things I wouldn't have tried otherwise.
