37 minute run outside the hotel this morning in the dry west Texas heat then this evening I swam in the 12 yard pool, just working on form and breathing. I dont know how many laps as you lose count with such a short pool. Day of rest tomorrow as I travel back to south texas then pick things bak up Saturday with a swim workout.

I ran a 10k this morning!!

Nothing tonight as I had a meeting with my surgeon that made me late for my group bike ride. I'll have to do it tomorrow after work.

I was a slacker yesterday.  I did half of a 12 oz curl and some mexican food.
Friday will be a different story.

yesterday morning i ran 5 miles in the pitch black close to home, but i did it in 47 and a half minutes, which is pretty good for me.  last night did 20 minutes in the weight room (chest, tri), then 38 minutes on the stairmaster, and a 10 min brisk walk on the TM next to my wife (4.2 mph @ 5 or 6 incline)...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
