Your motivation is rubbing off on me already! My gym is open until 11:00pm, so I decided to get my first bike ride and 1/2 mile swim in to see how I would do. I did my 2.5 jog at lunchtime already for the day. I completed the 1/2 mile swim and did 3 miles on the bike as a start. The swimming and biking I did back to back while my run was much earlier in the day! I feel pretty tired, but very encouraged! I know I could build up to the full 13 mi bike ride come August

That's awesome I'm sure you can do it if you want to! I'm off for a bike ride and run immediately after. This is a called a "Brick" training and I've been told that transitioning from the bike to the run is the hardest so it's good to practice this a lot. When you sign up for the SheRox you get a training programs that will give you a good idea of the types of things you should be doing. Let me me know how it's going.
