Update on my Exercise issues

First, thank you to everyone who gave me advice on how to beat the exercise doldrums and how to try to find enjoyment in exercise.

This morning I got back in the saddle so to speak....

I made a couple changes........
First I took it outside.....instead of the tedious walk/run on the treadmill I went outside.
Second, instead doing a walk/run I rode my bicycle (10 miles)
I ENJOYED IT!

Tomorrow I'll do the same, will try to increase the distance and I will push harder to get up earlier so I'm not riding under the HOT SUN  here in FL.  If I can get out by 7am it will be better.

I think I'll stick with the bike for a while and then will add in a nightly walk...perhaps that will keep me stoked about my daily cardio.

Cool Moosie!  We all need a little something new once in a while to keep us motivated.

I've always liked riding a bike.......I just kind of forgot it was in the garage. 
I went out again this morning and rode for even longer.....it was GREAT!
