Wednesday Workouts
Here's what we did:
1 x 300: bilateral breathing
3 x 100: 50 fingertip drag/50 swim
600
3 rounds of the following:
2 x 50: single arm w/ kickboard
1 x 100: fingertip drag
3 x 100: descend
1500/2100
Except I only got in 2 rounds of the last stuff. Plus a 1x100 to warm up and a 1x100 to cool down.
