Did an easy 4 mile run at 10:51 pace followed by 1/4 mile cool down walk. My heart rate was at 41 when I started, but I got it up to 142 right after the run.

i was going to run 5 miles today but wussed out, i was just not feelin it today.  instead i lifted weights for 35 minutes (chest/tri), did 37 minutes on the stairmaster, 37 minutes on the stationary bike, and then swam for 1200 meters (around 25 minutes)...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
