Last weekend I really overdid things and I still seem to be recovering!
Did a 13 mile ride today averaging 19.1  Was hoping for so much more.  Gonna go get a wetsuit later today and do a run tonight.

I did a pretty crappy 3 miles this morning.  I realized that I don't run many hills because I was dying on a few little ones.  I will have to incorpreate some hill training.

What's up bro..... I woke up at 4am.... Got in a 2000M swim 500 warmup 8 x 150's 300 cool down then I went out for a 3 hour ride.... Averaged EXACTLY 20 MPH.... 60.65 miles 3:01:55... on my 2 x 25 minute intervals at race pace I was averaging 24MPH..... I need to head out this afternoon and get another 1 - 2 hour ride in.... was supposed to do 4 hours but ran out of time and could not be late to my son's first football game so I will head out again later. Have a great weekend!

Oh boy. Your son's first football game. How proud you must be. I am a high school football coach who has been blessed with 2 daughters of my own and 3 step daughters. I love them to death, but always wanted to eventually coach my son. Oh well. I love watching them compete in their sports when I get the chance. I did a 4 mile run today at an 11:00 minute pace. Got a 16 mile bike ride in the morning before church.

I will no longer be a spectator, a dreamer, a wonderer. I AM a doer; not only a goal setter, but a goal achiever. I will lead by example rather than word. I will "DARE GREATLY!"

I took a bunch of little girls running in the morning. (They were cute.) Then I went on a 2.5 hour bike ride in the afternoon. It was only supposed to be 2 hours but I over-did it and had to walk up one of the hills. Livermore is SO hilly!
