Today i hammered my legs in the weight room (48 minutes of legs and core), then hit the stairmaster for 37 minutes, then did a 5 mile run in 48:20... does that qualify as a brick?  i'm definitely feeling it in my legs already...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Typically a "Bick" is used to describe the workout going from riding to running because that's what your legs feel like. Call it what you want but to go from Stairmaster to running desrves mad props. Good job....
