Wednesday Workouts....

Hey Guys,

    This morning I went to my gym instead of masters and worked on Pulling ... 300m warm-up 8 x 200 pull...300 cool down... 2200M  then went for a 1 hour ride with 3 x 10 minute 90% effort spurts... averaged 25mph on my bursts.... What did you guys do today?

40 minutes on the elliptical (70% - 80% aerobic zone)
20 minutes treadmill

Today was a rest day.  My trainer kicked my ass yesterday.  I can barely move.

7 miles on the treadmill.  12 min/mile pace.
