This morning I went to my gym instead of masters and worked on Pulling ... 300m warm-up 8 x 200 pull...300 cool down... 2200M then went for a 1 hour ride with 3 x 10 minute 90% effort spurts... averaged 25mph on my bursts.... What did you guys do today?
