Is there any advice someone has for my first brick. I have a short one scheduled. A 30 minute ride followed by a 10 minute run. I am excited to see how I will respond. I backed off on my Saturday run today only going 2.5 miles. I am hoping to go for an easy swim in the afternoon after I have relaxed from the brick. Thanks for any news.

Don't be shocked when your legs feel like jello and won't do you bidding. Just keep running and they'll eventually come back.
