Due to a race tomorrow, I decided to run a nice and easy 2.5 this morning.  Perfect morning for it.  Warm but I had a nice shaded route with little traffic.

i did around 40 minutes of weights (legs and core), 37 minutes on the stationary bike, 37 minutes on the stairmaster, and swam for 1,600 meters between 34 and 35 minutes.

yesterday ran 4 miles with my new garmin watch and recorded a PR pace of sub-10 minute mile for the first time.  my goal is to finish my first 5K on Monday morning under 30 minutes in possible.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

1 hour Group Power class, a barbell program with exercises similar to weight lifters on TV at one club.
1/2 hour swimming at another club.

Have been really busy with end of the year stuff so my internet time has gone down, but getting in some great sessions!  Tonight was about 2000 yards in the pool -- Did a 1000 yard set with no break and felt great.  Getting a wetsuit tomorrow (probably) and I think Lake Huron is warm enough to get in now, oh about 50-55 degrees, lol
