Nice going Seth.  You are really progressing towards your goal! 

I am doing 4.5 mile outdoor run 1 mile walk cool down.  I need to get into the gym for some strength training.  It's been so nice out that I haven't been running on the treadmill at the gym so I haven't been doing my usual strength training routine.  I have to get into a new routine!  The running feels great though!

I went to my bariatric support group instead of swimming. Where I complained that my top is getting scrawny but my bottom still has stuff to lose. My surgeon said to start doing resistance work!

I knew he was going to say that too.... I really need to do something about that gym membership.
