Tuesday workouts
Today was my last track workout before the Vermont marathon. After a one mile warm-up, we ran six 440s at slightly faster than marathon pace with 90 second rest intervals, and a one mile cool down. Now it's just easy 2-3 milers for the rest of the week.

1 hour of Group Active class, involving 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on dreadmill. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
