Speed work
45 minutes of alternating 100 yard sprints with 1 minute recovery walks inbetween.
Stretching
Seated leg curls
Glute extensions
Calf machine

I can feel the leg muscles crying already.

The change of one day from slow and stead to some speed work feels good.

Went back after getting my son to bed and did a 40 minute random hill climb on the stationary bike.

I did a  4 mile run in 42 minutes. i need to incorporate some speed work as well.

I ran for an hour on the treadmill, then played in the pool for a while.

Got a cure for Monday blues?

1 hour Group Power class, a barbell program with exercises similar to weight lifters on TV (had substitute leader).
15 minutes on dreadmill.  Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on stationary bike.

Walked up the hill from the club to the DMV and back to club (approx 3 blocks) to get new photo taken for my driver's license.  Wait time at the DMV was less than 5 minutes.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
