looking for a good stretching routine

Any suggestions for a good stretching routine?
I am starting to feel quite a bit of leg tightness now that I have added in some speed work to my running.
I don't get the same sensation when I'm doing my slower distance runs.

I start doing Ashante yoga this year, based on recommendations from a former Oympic distance runner (and my primary physician).  It has really helped me with flexibility.
