Did anybody see the Biggest Loser last night?? Wow!! Really amazing results!! Made me push harder at the gym this morning!!

Love the biggest loser..Go Helen!  The final three were so close.  They looked like totaly different people.

Plan for the day:  800 meter swim, 3 mile run.

Attending an informational event at a the flagship REI tonight to get ready for my first sprint tri on June 28th.

Legs are still a bit sore from Mondays speed workout.

45 minutes of weights (legs, core), 32 minutes on the stationary bike (11 miles @ settings 12 to 14), 37 minutes on the stairmaster, and 1600 meters in the poos in 35 minutes.


Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Kevin - I am amazed by what they accomplish on the Biggest Loser. I know what you mean by being inspired to work harder.

Today I did a 40 min walk at lunch. Tonight I ran 1.75 miles and then did a 2.5 mile run/walk with the group I am training.
