Just got back from running with my group. It was a great session. It is so much fun leading the group in the training.

I did MOST of week 1 on the Couch Potato to 5K program. I say most because I have such friendly neighbors that they want to meet you at the end of their driveways to chat as you are trying to jog past them while gasping for air. Oh well, good neighbors are hard to find. I should be more appreciative for the ones I have I guess.

Congrats on completing week 1. Good neighbors are a great reason for having a chance to catch your breath.

had a good day.... 37 minutes of weights (shoulders, back, and bi), 37 min on the stairmaster, 4 miles jogging outside (sub 11 min pace), and then 1,000 meters in the pool.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Hi Mary, Glad to hear things are going well with your group.  Today, I took my group on a 5-mile run along parts of our 15K race course.  It's exciting to see how far they've come since February.

Cassie,

It must be great to see how far they have come since February; you've been with the team for a while now. I can't get over how much I am enjoying training the group for this program. It is such a blast!
