just keep moving
So I decided to see how far I could run. I keep telling my running mates how do you know you can't if you don't try. So tonight I decided to apply it to myself. I did a 10k tonight in 68 minutes. That is a record for me. I have never run that far before.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
Oh oh, now the distance training begins! It's a lot of fun when you start pushing yourself to see how far you can get. Nice time on that 10K -- just be steady in increasing your mileage and you'll realize 10 miles isn't much farther than a 10K, 15 miles isn't that much more than 10 miles, and then you'll have an easy time with that 1/2.
Way to go Scott!
