Thursday Workouts.....
Hey Guys,
My knee was feeling a little better today so I ran. Treadmill of course because of the torential down-pour going on outside. I did 10k (6.2 miles) in 52:54. Felt good, a little sore on the knee, but hopefully we can get the last of my pain gone at the Chiro tomorrow. What did you do today????

Friday - 26 mile bike
Sat. - lots of walking around
Sunday - Olympic Course!!

I hit the gym today for a bit of stretching and core work. I was feeling good and, "And Justice For All", came on the ipod so I went out and ran some sprints. 6 @ 75-100m. Felt pretty good after.

Today's run was focused on trying to maintain a steady race pace for my marathon in 3 weeks. So after a mile warm-up, I ran two 2-mile intervals at the track. The first interval, I sailed through at a consistent 9:14 pace. The second interval I bounced between 8:45 and 10:00, finishing it at an average 9:26 pace. So, I still have a little work to do on finding my groove.
