I would chose sturdy, solid over features. If you are going to put a lot of miles on it. They do wear out, I see belts needing to get replaced, motors having issues etc.
One that has heart rate monitoring and will do incline would be my other nice to have features. Especially if you get one that will work with a polar or similar heart rate strap.
