Today is my swim day. I'll swim for an hour but I think I'll take it easy so I may not get my usual mile in.

got a 30 minute run scheduled after work today.
Added in a 2 1/4 mile walk at work for lunch.  I had to take a couple laptops and some phone equipment to another office.  I decided to walk it.  It also gave me an excuse to mark our running trail for tonights run.

I brought the Garmin and some sidewalk chalk.  I marked every 1/4 mile on the path that we run.
Now everyone that runs at different speeds will know where the markers are and the turn around.

Hopefully I won't be too tired to run it tonight.  It's funny what a few extra pounds in the form of luggage bags will do to you.

I had a session with the group I'm training tonight. I got there early so I got in a 1.5 mile run and following that with 2.25 run/walk with the group.

Did my masters swim tonight. They took it a little easy -- but we did do a pretty intense ladder series.  Considering it's been 2 weeks since my last swim (don't ask) I'll take tonight as a good thing.
I did have a couple great 25 and 50 yards sprints though.

30 minutes of weight circut training upper body
40 minutes of running 30 of which was interval sprinting.

all of a sudden my heart rate is going up slower and coming down way faster this week.  Also I am running faster - crazy how this changes so quickly.
