Did you lose more weight? You look really thin! WTG!

I agree w/Chad about the bike. You need to let your HR recover then push!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight is about the same right betwee*****nd 205 depending on the day. I have been to the flippin Chiro for the last 4 weeks to figure out this pain in my knee after 4 miles of running. I thought it was IT Band related, he thought it was bulging disc related, then he started working on my Hamstrings, still pain after 4 miles, we worked on some ART on my outside knee, upper hammies and calfs. Boy, the calf hurt!!!!!! I ran almost 5 miles today, same knee pain. I am so frustrated!!!! I am beginning to think it might be shin splints.... We will see. I am going to have him check it out on Friday. Anyways... I will deff conserve on the bike and push... I think there is a total elevation gain of 300 feet!!! run has a net elevation gain of 30 ft..... I am really going to try for a great time and PR's on everything. Goal: 5:10:00 we will see.... I have to get this knee thing fixed! Anyways, preciate the heads-up. One thing about losing inches and not pounds is skin.... Really starting to bug me, but Thanksgiving it's getting lopped off! take care....
