Monday's Workout!

I did a nice 3.5 mile run in a wooded area this morning.  It was still cool which added to an awesome morning.

1 3/4 run, 1/4 walk, 1 1/4 run, 1/4 walk.
Trying to get my after work runners out of the short distance intervals.  After next week, they are all set distance or time runs, no walk breaks scheduled.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill in 30:00 flat, then climbed 119 floors on the stairmaster in 20 minutes then swam 2000 M in 33:23. That's it, hope you all are well and will catch ya'll tomorrow.....

20min "random" on the treadmill level 5, heartrate 120-140bpm
20min "random" on the treadmill level 9, heartrate 140-160bpm
10 min cool down, than dinner with my in-laws, ugh! lol

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

Got a cure for Monday blues?

1 hour group class called "Group Power", a barbell program that strengthens all our major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
10 minutes on stair stepper.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike.

Was going to go power-walking in my neighborhood later in the afternoon, but it started raining and getting cold and the rain wouldn't let up.
