Exercise repost

Ok so I have an exercise question for you guys. I am swimming laps for 45 minutes to an hour. My question is is this enough and how many times a week shold I aim for?  Thanks my OH buddies

its all about getting your heart rate up and sustaining it for a period of time.  A good starting point would be 30 minutes a day 4 times a week.  An hour a day is very good.  4 times a week is good but 6 would be better.  Allow yourself a rest day.
