Hello everyone!  I haven't posted in AGES, but I'm still lurking around.  I just wanted to share with you that I ran my first 5k last Saturday!  I'm so proud of myself.  My time was 33.17.  The course was a combination of paved street and cross country (grass, dirt, loose gravel).  There were a couple of very steep inclines too.  I was able to run the entire course!  Woo hoo!  I plan on running another 5k in June!
