Friday Workouts....

Another 5k PR for me today.... 22:25  . Tomorrow a few of us are doing a Half Iron training session. We are meeting at the local 24 hour at 5:30 to swim our 2000M then riding 56 miles with some sprint intervals and hill repeats, followed by a relatively flat 13.1 run. Should be fun! What did you do today???

1 hour group class called "Group Power", a barbell program with exercises similar to weight lifters on TV.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike.
5 minutes on stair stepper (first time in about 13 years).  Climbed 10 floors.  First and not last time.
30 minutes power-walking in neighborhood. Weather: mostly cloudy but dry with temps in low 60s.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

Because I'm racing on Sunday, I forced myself to do nothing. Well, I did go shopping (to get more Sports Beans) so I did get some walking in.

Today was a 6-mile trail run; 3@9:26 and 3@9:36.
