Thursday's Workout!!!
I got out for about 3.5 this morning. It was a great morning for it. The birds are chirping yet the air is still crisp.
How about everyone else???

Hi everyone, I'm gonna try to start reporting my exercise here to keep accountable. Had the VSG mid Nov. 08. Started working out in earnest again in Feb, hitt'in hard since march.
BUT ugg - I was really sick last week and didn't do a lick of exercise, then away all weekend and didn't get anything in either so just trying to get back into it this week. Made it on Tuesday but not yesterday - procrastinated on the taxes and it took all dat. Today is a new day and I will be doing 30 min. circuit weight training plus 10 min abs then 35 minute interval sprinting/running either outside or on the treadmill.

I went on my club's Thurs. night ride. We did 22.5 miles. And I broke the rule about not getting back after dark. Hopefully, they'll let me come back.
