Now What?

Now that I have accomplished one goal, the half, and the next goal, White Rock, is in December, what do I do for a training plan until starting marathon training?

I do better if I have some kind of written plan and go to a race once a month or so.

Your feed back is welcome.

You could always do your training plan over again, and work on improving your time, or look for something inbetween.
Continued work on your base running, adding distance and miles.
Or take a break and get in some cross training.

There are severa good sites with running plans.
I like this one
http://www.c25k.com/
They have links from other authors/runners with articles and plans on what to do next, how to progress to the next level etc.

Congrats again on your 1/2.  That's just awesome!

Sign up for another marathon or 1/2 between now and White Rock;)
I'd keep up with a lot of the same training and keep adding some longer runs along with maybe throwing in some intervals to work on speed.
Here's a couple of websites I've used over the last year:
http://www.halhigdon.com/   -- he is(was) one of the editors of Runners World and has a great marathon book.  Lots of training charts for everything from 5K-ultramarathons.  He's also got charts for beginner/intermediate/advance.
http://www.marathonguide.com/  -- has some interesting articles and I think is just a great collection of what's going on across the country

I was just going over the link I provided earlier and a lot of the links on their page point to the links that Dan just recommended.

He does have good info for beginner/intermediate/advanced runners plans.
Well I'm assuming it's good, it looks doable to me, so thats a big positive.
