Sunday Workouts!!
Hey Everyone!!
Did a 9 mile run this afternoon. It was such a bright, sunny day, but so windy!! Miles 4 through 7 were on an open road, against a head wind - there were times I felt like I was standing still! I did it in 1:46:22. I am pretty confident that I will be able to finish the Broad Street Run in under 2 hours.
What is everyone else up doing today??

Hi Elisa,
Sounds like we had similar weather in Central New York. Lots of sunshine, but lots of wind.
With six weeks to go 'til the Vermont City Marathon, I did my 16 miler today along a beautiful trail. It's amazing how much easier packed dirt is on the body. I did 12 easy miles and then finished up the last 4 miles at an average 9:20 pace - about 10 second slower than my target race pace.
Happy Easter!
Cassie

I went for a short, easy bike ride to work on getting used to my new pedals. The right one still takes a lot more effort to get out of than the left one.
