Today is a 2 mile run for time.  Followed by a Masters swim class.
Unless we get thunderstorms, then they will close the pool.  I hope it stays dry this afternoon/evening.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

I will walk for an hour this evening.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I did almost 3 miles on the TM today.  The doc has me on light duty because of a pulled muscle in my chest.  --- better than a heart attack!  Today may also be a rock wall building day.

today is a rest day for me... yesterday was a good one however (40 min of weights, 30 min on elliptical, 30 min of stairmaster, and around 30 min in the pool for 1600 meters).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Got about an hour and 15 minutes in the pool.  Lost count @ 600 yards so I've got no clue how far -- I'm guessing somewhere between 1500 and 2000 yards though.
Tonight will be a run, I'll update when I get back (don't have a clue as to how far -- it may be an interval night if I'm feeling good enough for it)

Didn't do any intervals but did 7 miles. Started out and knew I didn't have any speed so I just kept trudging along at a 10:40 pace (I know, slow but oh well).  Felt like I could go on and on.
Wasn't expecting to do a long run tonight but you go with what you're dealt!
Quick update: I feel great but very tired, my dog is out running circles in my yard!! Man if only I could keep up with her, lol
