Monday Workouts!

I understand that this is a day late, but this board was locked up yesterday.

Got a cure for Monday blues?

1 hour group class called "Group Power", a barbell program that strengthens all our major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
15 minutes on stationary bike. 
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike. 
1 hour power-walking in neighborhood. Weather: Sunny and warm in the 70s!!!

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I got up early Monday to do speedwork on the treadmill:

- 1 mile warm up @ 10:54
- 8 200m repeats at 7:30 with 2 min. recovery @ 10:54
- 1 mile cool down @ 10:54

My reward that evening was a one-hour massage.

3.1 mile run 26:58   2000 meter swim (1600m in 27:52 and 400 kick drills) climbed 60 floors on stairmaster in 10 minutes....Take care
