Tuesday's Workout

I ran 2 miles this morning with a 30 sec run/1 min, 30 sec walk intervals for 34 minutes.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Today was a 6-mile run on the treadmill:
1 mile @ 10:00
1 mile @ 9:13
1 mile @ 8:49
2 miles @ 8:41
1 mile @ 10:00

1 hour group class called "Group Active", involving 1/3 step, 1/3 lifting barbells, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.  Had a substitute leader today.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike.
1 hour power-walking in the neighborhood.  Weather: mostly cloudy to cloudy but warm in the 70s.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I finally ran 4 miles WITHOUT STOPPING. This is good because I have to do it at my first tri in 1.5 weeks. I thought I'd *never* get here!
