Fitness Bands

I have a friend whose personal trainer is going to be selling fitness band sets. She sent me a pair along with some instruction cards. I do cardio 7 days a week and strength training 3-4 times a week at my fitness center. Any ideas how to incorporate these into my schedule? Before or after? Maybe on days I don't do strength??
