hi all,
i am new to this forum.  I am waiting for my RNY and have joined the gym to get myself as healthy as possible before surgery.  I am stunned that I enjoy it so much!  I am at a much lower level of fitness than any of the people there but I have never been made to feel out of place or "below" them.
I regularly use the treadmill and the recumbent bicycle.  I do use the elliptical once a week , for a few minutes but it KILLS me!  i just keep trying because I refuse to let it win!
Can anyone suggest music for my i-pod?  I have some on it now but would like more that have that fast pace that we need, to keep motivated.
Funny thing, right now my fave song to walk with is "Stars on 45'"s  Beatle medley and "Madonna" ray of light
I look forward to listening to some new music,

Michelle

Hopefully this link will work for you - I had saved it in my favorites. There were some great suggestions on it from back in October. Hope it helps.
