I hear you on that one Elisa,
I got in a 3.7 mile run -- but feel good about the times: 9:05, 9:01, 8:53 miles. My goal is to get be around a 9:00/mile for the Detroit Marathon in October and feel like I'm on target for that.
Got 750 in the pool, felt good but I only got a couple of 100's in tonight. Mainly did 50's and was really concentrating on my form.

1 hour group class called "Group Active" that increases our cardio fitness, builds our strength, and improves our balance and flexibility. It involves 1/3 step, 1/3 lifting barbells, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on treadmill, averaging 3.0 mph, with 5.0 incline after 5 minutes. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
Our Tues. "Track" workout was at the park this week. So there were hills. I didn't walk any of them and I got in the two loops that was the base workout, too.
