Trying to find ankle and wrist weights that are big enough

Hello.  I am on a weight loss program and have lost 45 lbs and 2 clothes sizes so far.  However I want to add things to my program, like wearing ankle and wrist weights.  The problem is that the ankle and wrist weights carried by dept stores and sports stores are the "standard sizes" and are not big enough for my ankles and wrists.  It frustrates me that stores only carry standard sizes.  So I need to find a place where I can find ankle/wrist weights for my size.  My wrists are about 7 inches and my ankles are about 11 inches.  Does anyone know a website or a store where I can find weights that will fit me?

Thank you!!

I'm not up on my weight training but I've been told by numerous people to stay away from ankle weights as they tend to promote shin splints.
Not sure how much/what you plan on doing with them but if it's going on walks/runs with them I'd stay away from that idea.
Just my $.02 worth

check out this site

They have weights that attach to the laces on your shoes, so size shouldn't be an issue.

Another option would be a weighted vest.  Something like this.
