Got a cure for Monday blues?

1 hour Yoga class, using chairs instead of mats.  Very last day of class for me after 2 months!
3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
1 hour power-walking in neighborhood.  Weather: very cool, overcast, and dry.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

3 miles of interval running.  Wanted to do some swimming but arms a tired after yesterdays 2000 yards. I'm exhausted but my lovely dog took a short nap and has MORE energy now than before we left, it's amazing!

Hey Guys..... Great news... after 3 very painful stretching sessions on the foam roller to help relieve a tight IT Band, I was able to put togeter a 5 mile run with relatively no pain... I finished in 43 minutes and some change... Average pace was 6.9 MPH, then I swam 2000 meters in 32:27. Have a good one ya'll....

Not a damn thing, and I should have.  But a friend offered me a free ticket to the Warriors, Grizzlies game last night.  All I had to do was sit my butt down in his passenger seat, walk acros the parking lot and up 1 flight of stairs.

On the good side I was able to resist the nachos, beer, and all the other good smelling foods.

good day.  40 minutes of weights (back, bi, and shoulders), 31 minutes on the eliptical, 31 minutes on the stairmaster, and 1800 yards swimming in just over a half hour (maybe 34 minutes)...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
