After a couple of off days I got down to the pool for my first 2000 yard day.  Did it in about an hour and a half with a couple of 250 yard sets.  If it stops raining I'll get some running in but that's not looking too likely tonight

Luckily, the weather cleared, and I was able to get my 8 mile long run in.  It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon!!

I went for a bike ride with my daughter. It really wasn't much of a workout because I had to go SO SLOW so she could keep up, but we had fun and are going to do it again next weekend.

A long and hard 16 mile run today in 3:24:52.  No idea how I can do 10 more miles lol.  My body felt like it was run over by a car.

Should have packed 1 more package of sports beans, maybe that woulda helped, but got the run in and didn't die.  Progress!

Ran five miles yesterday.  The first three the weather was awesome, the last two I got caught in a hail storm.  And that stuff really stings..

Here you there -- my first group bike ride we ran into some nasty weather.  Ended up having a funnel cloud (it didn't touch down though) about 3 miles from where we were.  I ended up bonking as tree branches flew by and the sky opened up with lots of hail!

35 minutes of weights (chest/tri), 25 minutes on the stairmaster, 2 mile run, and just over a mile swimming (1800 yards).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

For Sunday, 3/29/2009:
1 hour power-walking to a couple of reservoirs and lapping around them.
Weather: very overcast, showers for about 5 mins.  Sun peeked out from the clouds as I was making my return trip.
