I was able to run 2 miles in 14:23 until IT Band Pain struck... Then I did 50 flights of stairs on stairmaster, 20 minutes on eliptical, stretching, IT stretch on Foam Roller... Take care ya'll... What did you do today?

For me, it was 11 miles until the IT Band made me call it quits - then, I walked the last 5 miles.
