Thursday Workouts!!!!
Hey Guys,
What did you do today?? I had Master's Swim this morning.... 300 Meters warm-up before session. then 1000 meter free warm-up with class. 12 x 25 Meter (Alternate breathing... 3-5-3-7-3-9-3-7-3-5-3-3) then did 400m free (With pull buoy) 4 x 100m pull, then 12 x 25m again, 300m kick, 500m cool down.... 3200 Meters this morning... Great workout... We finished in a little over an hour. Will hopefully get out and run today... Take care...

I rode the bike at the gym. Even though I recently went up a level, my new HRM showed that I'm not burning as many calories as I thought.
