 Hey Dan/Sherry,
Wanted to thank you guys for the help/advice on swimming.  Things are going well and I'm not so overwhelmed anymore.  I've got a couple of 200 yard sets in now and feel a lot more confident/comfortable in the water.

Good for you... So I am assuming you are sticking with the Oly and not Sprnt right?

YAY! Now that's some progress!!!! Comfortable is KEY! When you're in the mix with other athletes the best thing is to stay calm! Sweet Spot got me through my first race!

I did the Daniel Island 5k today in 33:20 I was hoping to beat my previous 5k time of 33:10 guess it wasnt meant to be this time, it was pretty windy out there.
