Hey Guys,

What a gorgeous morning! I had time to swim 3500 meters, not my planned 5000 unfortunately. Anyways finished 3200 in 56:28 and finished off the 3500 with 300 meter cool down. I will probably go for a 2 hour ride tonight, time permiting. What did you do today???

I did a 6.5 mile run after work.  What a beautiful afternoon!!  It's 62 degrees here in NJ - so nice to be running in shorts and a tee, instead of all bundled up!!  Yah Spring!!

Was feeling tired so I cut my run short @ 2.8, wanted to make sure I got in that 750 yard swim.
Went to the pool got my 500 in and thought I can get another 250.  Had to do about 200-300 of breath stroke but I got all the way to 1000 yards!!!  Nasty, nasty cramp around 750 almost stopped me, massaged it down and was good for another 225 yards.  That last length I had a brutal cramp but completing 1000 yards made it all worth while!!!!!
