working out at home

So, as I said before, I had to give up my gym membership.
However I was given a little weight bench a couple of 25 pound dumbells
a full length bar and around a hundred pounds of plates.
I also was given a beat up old soloflex machine.

What I'm looking for is a workout routine with that equipment.
I seem to flounder a bit trying to put something together myself, I don't know if what I am doing.
I want to make sure I am getting the most out of the workout.  Which exercises should I be doing, how many reps, how much weight etc.  I'm looking for something that is really structured.

Does anyone have a resistance training workout they like, or have a good source for putting one together.

Thanks

Scott

Dude.... I put on 12 pounds of lean muscle in 5 weeks on this bad boy. Try it, adapt the excercises to the machines and weights you have, it will be awesome...
