Tuesday Workouts Ya'll.....

I'm just now starting to exercise regularly.  Tuesday, I went to the track....walked and jogged.  I would walk the straight aways and ran the curves.  Today I got up at 4am and headed to the gym at the office.  I walked 2 15 min miles and did 30 mins of circuit training..upper body.  I'm a tired girl!!!
